The Alpaka Lodge - Ski in Tignes

The prices below are per person and per day, based on two people sharing a twin or double room and include a full English Breakfast, afternoon tea and an evening meal. All amounts are inclusive of all taxes with the exception of the Tourist Tax which is one euro per person, per day. Dinner in the evening comprises three or four classic International courses being served from 8pm. We do offer an earlier sitting for young children at 6:30pm to enable them to settle afterwards and let their parents eat in peace later.

For the festive season we charge a supplement for Christmas dinner of €45 per person. To welcome the New Year in style we charge a supplement for our Gala Dinner of €55 per person. Occupancy of a single room carries a 30% supplement. Reduced rates for children are available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is often difficult to re-sell key weeks as guests tend to book their holiday well in advance to guarantee their dates (especially during school holidays), if they have to cancel the following conditions apply:-

Under 28 days full cost of holiday
4-6 weeks 25% refund
6-8 weeks 50% refund
8-10 weeks 100% refund

If room /bed is resold then full refund applies excluding bank charges.

CONDITIONS D’ANNULATION

Il est souvent difficile de relouer les chambers en saison. C’est pour celá que notre clientèle reservent longtemps á l’avance leur sèjour (spècialement pendant les vacances scolaires). Si ils sont dans l’obligation d’annuler leur reservation, les conditions suivantes prendront effet:-

Annulation á moins de 28 jours avant le sèjour: prix total
4 á 6 semaines avant: 25% remboursè
6 á 8 semaines avant: 50% remboursè
8 á 10 semaines avant: 100% remboursè

Si la chamber est relouèe, un remboursement total vous sera rendu á l’exception des frais de banque.
