What
Is It? The winter Alpaka Experience, is a total concept. With the Lodge as your base, you will have the opportunity of trying a variety of winter activities, and as our guest you will have warm comfortable accommodation, hot baths and showers, outstanding food, fine wines, and the best of company. |

Sporting activities. Would you like to consolidate your current skiing, or advance your level a bit, or a lot? Would you like to try powder skiing, or ski touring? What about snow shoe sessions or helicopter skiing? How about skiing from across the border from France into Italy, or exploring several of the world renowned ski resorts in the valley? Do bumps threaten, what about black (diamond) runs? Mastering any of these is possible within the Alpaka Experience. Best of all - it's up to you to decide just what you would like to do. |

The Alpaka Lodge The Lodge is an important part of the Alpaka Experience that combines chalet-style surroundings with a personalised family atmosphere. Again you do what you want to do. Be comfortable. The Ski Club of Great Britain meet at The Lodge six evenings each week, you are invited to try a day out with their resort representitive and join if you wish. Many local instructors and mountain guides will often pass by for a sociable drink and there is no shortage of local knowledge and mountain expertise available. |

is not a ski school. It is an opportunity
which offers excellent accommodation, food and wine centred on one of
the world's best ski areas, with quality skiing most of the year,
winter and summer. Should you want help, there will be an element of ski instruction during your Alpaka Experience. Jill and Tony enjoy skiing so much that they have made it their life. Their experiences that you already have committed them to skiing and their desire is to share their enthusiasm with you. The Alpaka Experience can offer a wide range of skiing and mountaineering tuition tailored to suit the needs of their guests.
